What Do I Gain ...
When many countries are paying me homage?
When I have conquered the whole world?
When my riches do not have a limit?
All These
Without your presence,
Without your warmth, and
Without your love
Would Leave Me As
A homeless fox after an earthquake,
A grounded eagle with a broken wing, and
A harpooned whale consuming his last strength.
Alas, My Precious
Return to me,
Restore our love, and
Rekindle our intimacy.
